When using Hiremobile:
→ When you receive an ARC for a cell phone card that you first opened with your passport, you need to update the information again (through hirevisa, you need to notice hirevisa (Phone number can register immediately, you need to do it with the customer's consent / if you do it with the customer's consent, you are considering which way to do it)
When you do not use Hiremobile:
→If you open the number in person, you need to visit the communication company again to change the ARC number and register (there may be some fees, please note)
