The fee paid when applying for the service is different from the actual fee you have to pay. How do I do it?

When using the 'HIREVISA e-notification' and easy payment service, the cost varies depending on the exchange rate, simple payment usage fee, transfer fee, service fee, etc. There may be a fee equivalent to about 300~2,000 KRW per month, and the incurred fee may vary from month to month depending on the currency and payment method.
When you are applying for the our service for the first time, all international students will pay the same amount for the convenience of payment. Therefore, the amount of the bill you received via email may be different in the month you applied for the service. Therefore, it is processed as follows.

1.Amount paid at the time of application <Billed amount

If the amount paid at the time of service application is less than the amount charged, additional payment will be requested via email. The remaining amount must be paid within the payment deadline to use the National Health Insurance normally.
(Example) When you applied for the service, you paid 43,888 won, but the actual billing amount is 98,000 won.

2.Amount paid at the time of application> Charged amount

If the fee paid at the time of service application is more than the actual charged fee, it will be deducted and charged when the national health insurance premium is paid next month.
(Example) When you applied for the service, you paid 43,888 won, but the actual bill is 35,000 won.
In addition, the reasons for the difference between the amount charged by the monthly bill and the actual fee, not the first application month, are as follows.
