1. Residence Documents
The lease agreement must specify the lease start date (move-in date) as occurring after the tenant's entry date into the South Korea.

The Office of International Cooperation at Chonnam National University will inform students to submit their residence cards to the university. The collected residence cards will be submitted to the Gwangju Immigration Office for the update of expiration date on the back, and then will be redistributed to the students.
The cases where group application is not possible
1.
Students subject to judicial processing
2.
Those who have not paid taxes, national health insurance, etc.
3.
Undergraduate and graduate students with grades below 2.0
4.
Students who have more than 4 months left until the expiration date of their stay
5.
Duplicate applicant with immigration office (if he/she submitted an application to immigration himself/herself and also applied to Hirevisa)
6.
Unreported person after passport reissuance
