Refunds will be processed based on the following criteria:

② If the cancellation request is made after the document correction deadline → Refund not available

Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after the request is submitted.

If there is a delay due to card company processing, please contact your card issuer directly.
Additional Notes

If the service is interrupted due to customer error (e.g., missing documents, incorrect information), the refund may be partially restricted depending on the progress.

Depending on the payment method, refund processing fees charged by the payment gateway (PG) may be borne by the customer.
•
This refund policy complies with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
•
Service policies may be updated with prior notice via the website or by email.
