LTE speed for first 300MB then 3Mbps unlimited After finishing 300MB, you will be able to continue using the sim card with an unlimited plan. However, the speed varies a little.

Process

STEP1: CONNECT THE AIRPORT WIFI
Incheon International Airport has been offering Free WiFi service everywhere in the airport so please connect the wifi ASAP when you arrive.
STEP2: SCAN THE QR CODE
You will receive a QR code in the handout when you arrive at the airport.
STEP3: UPLOAD THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Select the language.
Select Agreement
Fill in the Surname + First name
Enter 8 digits in front of “F”
Take the picture of the Passport + Sim card (the back)
Signature and enter your email address.
Click “JOIN”
After completing the submission. Please make sure you’ve submitted all required doc.
NOTE: After completing the submission. It takes around 1hours to activate the SIM card If you apply inside operation hours. Please wait until 10:00 AM of the next day if you apply outside the operation hours. You will receive a confirmation email about SIM card activation so please wait! (Try to connect the hotel wifi to confirm the information)
STEP4: MOVE TO THE QUARANTINE ADDRESS
OPERATION HOUR: *Mon ~ Fri: 09:00 AM ~ 08:00 PM *Sat, Sun : 10:00 AM ~ 08:00 PM

FAQ

Q. What should I do if the SIM card doesn’t work on my phone?
Please make sure to unlock your smartphone through your cellphone carrier before coming to Korea, especially if you are from the United States, Canada, or Japan. If your smartphone is locked, you CAN NOT use this sim card
Please try to follow the below steps:
If the network does not work properly, CHANGE THE APN in setting ⇒ cellular ⇒ network selection. Turn off “Auto” and choose the SKT
If you have 2 SIM card slots. Please remove the one you used in your country. You should only put one Korean SIM card.
If the network doesn’t work even after the above process, contact the self-quarantine accommodation/hotel front desk.
Q. Can I recharge or extend the SIM card for longer usage and WHEN?
 Extension of SIM card is available. We recommend you make the extension payment before the entrance or you can also extend after getting the phone number.

Q. Do I need to return the SIM card after using it?
 You can use the sim card FREE during the quarantine period. After quarantine, without extension payment please return the SIM card to the self-quarantine hotel front desk or accommodation when you check out. Before that please let us know your decision via the link below:
Q. What is ARC + Phone connection?
In the Korean ID verification system, your passport information will not match your ARC information. Any prepaid SIM card number can't be verified online for internet shopping, food delivery in Korea, or vaccination... You will be able to get the QR code, apply for the vaccine pass, and verify any online app. Please wait until your ARC is out, we will connect your phone number with your ARC ASAP.

You are having SKT 알뜰폰 SIM card (prepaid sim card)
Q. How can I get the Kakao or Naver QR code for the vaccine pass?
You need to connect your ARC with your phone number first so please wait until the ARC is issued.

Refund Service Fee

There is a 10% service fee for each cancellation request, regardless of the date of cancellation.
When using overseas payment, the KEB(하나) Bank exchange rate standard applies and refunds are made in ** Korean Won.

When a refund has a valid reason, the date of payment shall prevail and a refund can be made when requested within 7 days.
